Creating a bot
Welcome to the Flow Editor! In this guide, I’ll walk you through how to create your first chatbot step by step. You’ll quickly see how easy it is to get started.
On the left, you’ll find the sidebar, which contains various blocks—these are the core components used to build your chatbot’s flow. These blocks are organized into categories:
- Bubbles: Use these blocks to display information to your users. You can choose from text bubbles, image bubbles, video bubbles, and more.
- Inputs: These blocks allow you to collect information from your users, such as text input, email, phone numbers, and other custom fields.
- Logic: The logic category lets you add smart triggers to enhance your bot’s functionality, enabling it to respond more dynamically to user inputs.
- Integrations: Use these blocks to connect your bot to external services like Google Sheets, Google Analytics, or any other API via the webhook block.
With these building blocks, you can easily create an interactive and intelligent chatbot.
